Peanut Chutney Recipe

This Andhra-style peanut chutney is built around the flavour of roasted groundnuts. A little tamarind cuts their richness, while raw garlic and green chilli give the smooth chutney a lively edge. Keep it thick enough to sit beside dosa, or loosen it slightly for spooning over idli.
